Method

Source material

PlanSureAI uses published local authority documents, public planning records, and user-uploaded documents (e.g. Section 106 agreements). User-declared inputs are clearly separated from recorded evidence.

Extraction

Obligations and triggers are extracted from uploaded agreements and structured into categories, amounts, indexation, and clause references. Extraction is rule- and pattern-based; no interpretation of legal meaning is applied.

Classification

Planning context and policy triggers are classified using local plan and threshold rules. Classifications are observational and evidence-referenced; they do not constitute advice or prediction of outcomes.

Reproducibility

Annex outputs are versioned and deterministic. Each pack is tied to a specific snapshot of inputs and evidence so that the same inputs produce the same structured output for audit and review.

Limitations

PlanSureAI does not verify the accuracy of third-party data, confirm that sources are current or complete, or interpret legal or policy meaning. Users must independently verify all information before relying on it.
